I can now confirm that you can STILL get the high capacity O2 tank blueprint from a platform data box too. I just found it directly across from the twisty bridges alien cave entrance and up 20 or so feet.This happened to me as well. Unfortunately, we need the Modification Station to craft it, which isnt in the game yet, so no Ultra High Capacity Tank for us yet.
