Dec 3, 2019 · Washington State Major League Baseball Stadium Public Facilities District ("PFD") is a municipal corporation, created by the State of Washington, which owns T-Mobile Park. Dkt. No. 43 at 6. The parties stipulate that PFD is a public entity subject to Title II of the ADA.

The Cougars' home venue is Bailey–Brayton Field, first opened 43 years ago for the 1980 season and located on the university's campus. The program has been a baseball member of the Pac-12 Conference in NCAA Division I since the start of the 1960 season, following the dissolution of the Pacific Coast Conference. The 2023 Washington Huskies baseball team were representing the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington in the 2023 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Huskies lead by, first year head coach Jason Kelly, they play their home games at Husky Ballpark and are members of the Pac-12 Conference .
