Oct 9, 2023 · I purchased the waterboss proplus 380 10 monrhs ago. I have already had to replace the drive end cap. Called service they sent out the replacement part no charge. Arrived in 4 days. After replacing the bypass assembly ( in/out) started leaking and filling the cabinet with water. after taking apart 3 more times, still leaks.
