Sep 27, 2019 · I’ve tried various litters, unscented, cat attract, regular litter box in different shapes, sizes, unclumping litter, pelleted litter, etc. He’ll use a puppy pad until it’s dirty, then the floor. ♀️ I thought this was a permanent issue, but I boarded him while we were gone a weekend and he used the box, not the pad, every. I did :( it's just below the line. It finally ran a full cycle, randomly. Worried it won't run again after a cat uses it because of how it's acting. I put the other litter box out just in case it stops again. I've also checked the balance because we have it on a run, making sure the base is actually on the floor and not against the wall.
