Thanks so much. I started my first day of a 14 day isolation travelling from Queensland Australia to Christchurch New Zealand. Yoga will help me get through some tough times ahead. I am here for my 96 year old mother who has gone into hospital after a fall. Yoga will help me make the right decisions for both of us.
