You need to turn that off in the admin settings to see your actual current load/carry capacity. But yeah exercising to increase your Strength stat will give you a higher threshold before your character begins slowing down and taking damage from being overburdened, etc. Thanks. Cars have an overall weight which can be checked in the vehicle mechanics tab, and the higher it is, the slower the car will go, with the engine adding a speed modifier before sunday driver/speed demon. Increasing the weight *should* in theory make it go slower.
